From 27 July 2022, new IT problems and requests are to be raised and tracked in the new Exeter IT Self Service Portal (/ITServiceDesk ) and will NOT be handled here, within SID Online. There are some exceptions - where non-IT teams are involved – and in these cases you will be directed back to SID Online. Existing IT enquiries open in SID Online will be progressed to closure within SID Online.

Notice of essential system maintenance

Owing to essential maintenance, SID Online will be unavailable at times between 19:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT Thursday 21st September 2023 .

To avoid loss of data, we recommend not using the system during this time frame.
